GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Service and reception with secretarial assistance of our staff every day from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 14.30 to 19.00.
- Booking through validated deposit equal to 30% of the lease.
- Balance of rent and deposit of € 150.00 per cauzionario the keys.
- Pets not allowed.
- Arrivals on Saturday from 15 to 19, by 9 am Saturday departures only during the period from 26/05/2012 to 08/09/2012
THE RATES INCLUDE
- Bed, bathroom and table linen, changed weekly.
- Child's cot, if within the maximum number of people allowed, and highchair (please request when booking).
- Water, light, gas and heating charges.
- Use of the swimming pool, gym and laundry facilities.
- Bicycles are available
- Courtesy kit with cleaning products
- From 17/06/2012 to 08/09/2012 entertainment for children 2 times a week.
THE RATES DO NOT INCLUDE
- Guest in the maximum number of people allowed per day € 10.00, € 50.00 per week
- The kitchenette must be left tidy clean or you will be charged the sum of € 30.00
- Extra guests (within the maximum number of people allowed): €10.00 per day.
- Air-conditioned studios € 20.00 / € 30.00 a week rent
- Readjust the request, excluding the kitchen block, € 15.00 for a studio, € 20.00 for a one bedroom apartment
- Fenced parking unguarded € 30.00 per week during Easter and 26/05/2012 to 08/09/2012
